2 fresh juicy grapefruit
2 slices fresh pineapple
2 fresh kiwi fruit
100grams fresh or frozen raspberries
50grams frozen cranberries
METHOD
Peel the grapefruit skin and cut the fruit int segments
Cut the pineapple slices into pieces
Peel the kiwi skin,wash and cut into pieces
Use a juice and juice the grapefruit segments,pineapple and kiwi pieces and 1/2 cup water.
Juice until smooth,add the berries and continue juicing.
Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes and serve chilled
